Manufacturing Technician

Manufacturing Technician wanted in Englewood, OH

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be integral to our production team, reporting directly to the Production Supervisor. Operating machinery, performing quality inspections, and ensuring efficient manufacturing processes. With core skills in mechanical knowledge and basic math, you will contribute to the manufacturing of high precision and quality of our parts. Your skills in forklift operation will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Strong communication skills will be essential as you collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a safe work environment.

3rd Shift: 8:50PM-7AM Sunday night - Wednesday night (overtime possible on Thursday and/or Friday nights)

Pay is $23 & UP depending on experience 

Responsibilities include:

• To set-up, operate and maintain Progressive Die, Machines
• Ensure Quality and Press Efficiencies are meet daily.
• Must have good visuals to maintain quality of the part from burrs or slug marks.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain fluid and cleaning agent levels in washing tanks.
• Ability to trouble shoot errors on automated inspection machine and restart operation to continue production flow.
• Maintain a safe work environment for themselves and others.

Progressive Die Press Operation

Experience:

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in the set-up and operation of presses.
• Two (2) years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must have strong math and good communication skills.
