Our Client, a Global Provider of Electronic Design and Test Solution company, is looking for a Manufacturing Technician - Entry (Day) for their Santa Rosa, CA location.
Responsibilities:
- Establish a complete, accurate, and searchable inventory of all spare parts currently stored in the HFTC Equipment Stores room.
- Improve equipment uptime by enabling rapid identification and retrieval of critical components.
- Support production and R&D continuity by ensuring spare parts are properly tracked, labeled, and stored.
- Reduce the risk of lost, duplicated, or unaccounted for assets within the (USD)20M inventory.
- Inventory Cataloging — Identify, document, and record all parts currently stored in the HFTC Equipment Stores room, including part numbers, descriptions, quantities, and storage locations.
- Physical Organization — Arrange parts logically within the room to optimize accessibility, safety, and workflow.
- Labeling & Identification — Apply standardized labeling to bins, shelves, and individual components as needed.
- Database Entry — Enter all cataloged items into the designated inventory management system or spreadsheet.
- Gap Analysis — Identify missing, duplicate, or ambiguous part records and flag them for review.
- Process Documentation — Create clear documentation for ongoing maintenance of the inventory system
Requirements:- Strong attention to detail
- Basic understanding of inventory or warehouse processes
- Ability to work independently in a technical environment
- Familiarity with spreadsheets or inventory software
- Good communication and documentation skills
- High School Diploma or GED
