Description

The Fountain Group is currently seeking aManufacturing/Production Technicianfor a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Frederick, MD. Details for the position are as follows:
 
 
Job Description:
  • Payrate: $29/hr W2
  • 3 months contract – possible extension based on performance & budget
  • Shift: Mon-Fri; 8am – 5pm.
  • The Product Specific 2026 Campaign Support role provides operational support for C-Pak Freeze activities and work in controlled cold room environments in support of the 2026 campaigns.
  • The individual in this role will be responsible for executing approved manufacturing and material handling activities in compliance with site procedures, training requirements, safety expectations, and electronic systems used to support operations.
  • This position is intended for a proficient operator who can support campaign readiness and execution following completion of required training and access provisioning.
  • Based on the current training package, an estimated ~100 hours of training are required, and a realistic onboarding timeline is approximately 3.5 to 4 weeks prior to moving onto shift.
 
Required Skills:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a GMP Manufacturing industry is required.
  • Experience working as a Technician, Operator, Packaging, Filling, Assembler in the manufacturing industry is required.
  • Prior experience working in a cold room environment is highly preferred.
 
Key Responsibilities
The role will support operational execution in the following areas:
  • Perform C-Pak Freeze operations in accordance with approved procedures, work instructions, and on-the-job training requirements.
  • Work in temperature-controlled cold room environments, including 2–8°C and -40°C areas, in accordance with site safety and operational procedures.
  • Execute activities within Client-X as an EBR Operator, ensuring accurate electronic batch record interaction and compliance with system requirements.
  • Follow site documentation requirements, including completion of required read-and-sign training and adherence to applicable work instructions.
  • Support audit-ready operations by maintaining compliance with procedural, documentation, and system use expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with qualified trainers and site personnel, including OJT support delivered by designated trainers as applicable.
  • Maintain required access and operator qualifications for campaign- related systems and operational areas.
