Shifts

Day: 6:45 am to 3:15 pm Payrate: $24.50

Swing: 3:45pm to 12:15am Payrate: $26.00

Graveyard: 10pm to 6:30am Pay Rate: $32

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting manufacturing processes, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining efficient operations on the production floor. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical aptitude, a commitment to safety, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This position plays a vital role in delivering high-quality products and supporting the overall success of our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Must have experience in Java, Command lines, Coding and Python
• Perform routine inspections and quality checks throughout the production process to ensure product specifications are met.
• Assist in setting up machinery and preparing materials for production runs.
• Document production activities accurately, including process parameters and quality data.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes and suggesting enhancements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to uphold safety standards and operational efficiency.

Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment or technical role is preferred.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment, tools, and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely.
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Technical aptitude or familiarity with reading technical drawings or specifications is a plus.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving manufacturing technologies.
