About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician Expert to join a leading company in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will contribute to installing new mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems, repairing or converting existing equipment, and performing preventive maintenance on heavy mechanical equipment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems/components in machinery.
- Schedule and perform maintenance on all NC and manual equipment independently.
- Execute repairs on multi-axis lathes and mills.
- Assist in the installation of new mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Create preventive maintenance checklists for operators.
- Participate in pre-job and toolbox meetings with crew members.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
Requirements
- Experience maintaining and repairing electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
- Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience in a similar role.
- Preferred experience with Mazak machines and Mitsubishi electrical components.
- High school diploma or equivalency.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
- Experience with Charmilles EDM, Mitsubishi EDM, Siemens Control, Mori Seiki, and Nagel TBT.
- Ability to train others and prepare detailed maintenance reports.
