Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
Shift: Monday - Thursday | 3:35 PM - 1:45 AM
Pay Range: $20 - $24 per hour (W2)

We are seeking a "Manufacturing Technician I - 2nd Shift" to join one of our leading healthcare clients.

Position Summary
The Manufacturing Technician I will support production operations by maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives. This role involves working closely with engineers and production teams to ensure efficient manufacturing processes and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, analyze, and implement manufacturing process improvements
  • Perform equipment maintenance and support production line operations
  • Develop and maintain tooling and fixtures
  • Troubleshoot assembly issues, including catheter-related defects
  • Support new product introductions (NPI) and validation activities
  • Assist in preparing technical documentation and reports
  • Train production assemblers on processes and best practices
  • Collaborate with engineers on minor projects and ongoing improvements
  • Diagnose part and process-related issues and recommend solutions
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, repair, or production support preferred
  • Medical device assembly experience is a plus

Additional Information
  • Initial training will be conducted on the 1st shift before transitioning to the 2nd shift
