Manufacturing Technician I

The Science Team at Russell Tobin and Associates is hiring a "Manufacturing Technician" for a top biotech company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute consumables manufacturing processes following SOPs.
• Operate in a cleanroom environment while adhering to contamination control protocols.
• Manufacture and handle consumable materials with precision.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and ISO requirements.
• Accurately document production activities and maintain manufacturing records.
• Use computer systems for production tracking and data entry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing operations.
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and organized work environment.
• Support additional manufacturing projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow detailed SOPs and work instructions.
• Familiarity with ISO quality systems and manufacturing documentation.
• Basic computer proficiency for data entry and production tracking.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment, perform repetitive tasks, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 20 pounds.

Additional Information:

• Location: Lawrence, MA
• Duration: 3+ months contract
• Pay: $22-$25/hour on W2 (DOE)
