Job Title: Manufacturing Technician Location: Lawrence, MA Duration: 04 Months (Possible of extension) Pay: $25/hr on w2 Job Description: Execute consumables manufacturing processes according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and efficiency metrics Operate in cleanroom environments following contamination control protocols Handle consumable materials with precision under guidance of Group Leaders or trainers Ensure all products meet client’s rigorous quality specifications Maintain ISO compliance standards throughout manufacturing processes Document production activities accurately and completely Utilize computer systems for data entry, tracking, and reporting Collaborate effectively with cross-functional team Support additional projects and duties as assigned by management Skills: Basic manufacturing knowledge and experience Ability to read, understand, and execute detailed SOPs Proficiency with basic computer applications and manufacturing systems ISO quality system awareness Ability to stand for extended periods during shift duration Capability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly Manual dexterity for precise handling of small components and materials Ability to perform repetitive movements Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work effectively in cleanroom environments Team-oriented mindset with flexibility for varying assignments Education: HSD
