Overview
The Manufacturing Technician I is responsible for executing consumables manufacturing processes within a regulated cleanroom environment. This role focuses on handling consumable materials with precision, adhering strictly to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and maintaining rigorous quality and efficiency metrics. Working under the guidance of Group Leaders and trainers, the technician ensures all products meet strict quality specifications and ISO compliance standards while accurately documenting all production activities.
Duties & Responsibilities
Cleanroom Manufacturing : Execute consumables manufacturing processes according to established SOPs while strictly following contamination control protocols.
Quality & ISO Compliance : Ensure all manufactured products meet rigorous quality specifications and maintain ISO compliance standards throughout the production lifecycle.
Material Handling : Handle consumable materials and small components with precision under the guidance of Group Leaders or technical trainers.
Documentation & Data Entry : Document all production activities accurately and completely; utilize computer systems for data entry, inventory tracking, and metrics reporting.
Collaboration & Safety : Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to contribute to a safe, efficient, and cooperative work environment.
General Support : Support additional special projects and operational duties as assigned by management.
Must Have Skills / Requirements
SOP Execution : Ability to read, understand, and flawlessly execute detailed, multi-step Standard Operating Procedures.
Technical Dexterity : Manual dexterity for the precise handling of small components and raw materials using repetitive movements.
Cleanroom Familiarity : Ability to work effectively in cleanroom environments while maintaining strict contamination control.
Communication & Detail : Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy paired with strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Computer Skills : Proficiency with basic computer applications, data entry interfaces, and standard manufacturing systems.
Physical Demands : Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift duration and the capability to regularly lift up to 20 pounds.
Education & Experience
Education : High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience : Basic manufacturing knowledge and experience required. Foundational awareness of ISO quality systems is highly preferred.
