Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Technician I is responsible for executing consumables manufacturing processes in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while maintaining strict quality and ISO compliance standards. This role involves working in a cleanroom environment, performing detailed manufacturing tasks, documenting production activities, and supporting overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute manufacturing processes following detailed SOPs and company guidelines
• Maintain high quality standards and production efficiency metrics
• Work in cleanroom environments while following contamination control procedures
• Handle consumable materials and components with precision and accuracy
• Ensure finished products meet quality specifications
• Maintain ISO compliance throughout manufacturing operations
• Accurately document production activities and manufacturing data
• Utilize computer systems for data entry, tracking, and reporting purposes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production goals
• Assist with additional projects and operational duties as assigned
• Promote a safe, clean, and team-oriented work environment

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed SOPs
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
• Knowledge of ISO quality standards and manufacturing procedures
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Flexible and adaptable to changing assignments

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly
• Manual dexterity for handling small components and materials
• Comfortable performing repetitive movements/tasks
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment

Education Requirement:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
