Overview
Leading global healthcare company looking for an entry level Manufacturing Technician I. Ideal candidates should have at least a High school diploma and 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in pharmaceuticals or biologics processing within a GMP setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform fundamental tasks within a GMP environment in support of manufacturing operations for plasma derived pharmaceuticals.
• Responsible for equipment setup and operation in a biologics processing environment.
• Conduct detailed cleaning of equipment and facilities to MSP/cGMP standards.
• Complete technical training profiles as required.
• Monitor processing parameters such as pH, weights, separation, and assay results during bulk processing and filtration.
• Perform real-time documentation during production runs.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, adhering to safety and gowning protocols.
• Work in a cold environment, standing or bending for prolonged periods, and lift/push up to 50 lbs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently with good judgment.

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in pharmaceuticals or biologics processing within a GMP setting.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Basic math skills and proficiency in the metric system.
• Accurate documentation skills and proficiency with a 10-key calculator.
• Basic computer skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work any shift, including weekends.
• Ability to lift/push 50 lbs and work in a clean room environment.
