- Duration: 7+ months contact, possible temp to perm
- Pay rate: $24-$32.44/hr DOE
- Job Location: Ashland, MA
- Work Model: 100% onsite
- Schedule: M-F, 1st shift

What Youll Do
- Set up and operate automatic and semi-automatic manufacturing equipment, including robotic assembly equipment
- Monitor manufacturing machinery throughout the production process
- Feed materials into equipment and remove finished products from the production line
- Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain proper operation
- Perform minor equipment repairs and troubleshooting
- Follow process sheets and written or verbal production instructions
- Inspect completed work and verify that products meet established tolerances and quality requirements
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area
What Were Looking For
- Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or similar hands-on experience
- Experience working with automatic or semi-automatic manufacturing equipment
- Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and minor equipment repairs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written procedures, process documentation, and verbal instructions
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Experience with robotic assembly equipment is a plus
Schedule
This is an on-site, 40-hour-per-week position. Available shift schedules may include:
- 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
- 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
