We are seeking detail-oriented Manufacturing Technicians (Level II & III) to support production operations in a regulated, high-impact environment. Position Summary
The Manufacturing Technician II/III plays a key role in executing production activities, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. This position supports daily manufacturing operations and continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Work within an ISO 13485 and cGMP-regulated environment, ensuring compliance with all quality system requirements
- Execute and review documentation in accordance with cGMP and GDP procedures
- Perform daily documentation review and support post-production documentation completion
- Conduct visual inspection of lyophilized products and packaging seals
- Operate and monitor automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot and report equipment alarms/issues to leadership
- Clean and sanitize manufacturing and support areas
- Perform calculations related to volumes, concentrations, and unit conversions
- Operate equipment such as pipettes, balances, pH meters, and heat sealers
- Ensure equipment is calibrated and functioning properly
- Participate in Continuous Improvement and Quality initiatives
- Assist with training and mentoring team members
- Support SOP creation and revisions
- Author Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and risk analysis documentation
- Manage materials, including receiving, issuing, and inventory transactions (NetSuite)
- Support QA logbook review and compliance activities
- Handle hazardous waste in accordance with safety regulations
- Perform safety inspections and other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
Manufacturing Technician II
- Bachelors degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field + 1 year cGMP experience
OR - Associates degree in a related field
OR - High school diploma/equivalent + 3+ years of cGMP manufacturing experience
Manufacturing Technician III
- Bachelors degree in a related field + 2+ years cGMP experience
OR - Associates degree + 3+ years of experience
OR - High school diploma/equivalent + 5+ years of cGMP manufacturing experience
Required Skills & Qualifications- Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance
- Ability to follow detailed written procedures and SOPs
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Knowledge of cGMP processes and documentation practices
- Experience with visual inspection of components and finished goods
- Understanding of chemical and biological safety practices
- Familiarity with formulation, filling, kitting, labeling, and packaging operations
