Pay Range: $30 - $31/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Execute Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) runs in collaboration with Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT), Facilities and Engineering (F&E), and Quality departments.
- Perform weighing of raw materials and electronic inventory transactions utilizing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Enterprise Business System (EBS).
- Conduct Chromatography and Ultrafiltration/Diafiltration operations for viral vector products in a cGMP environment, applying proper aseptic techniques and cleanroom etiquette.
- Prepare and use single-use systems for buffer preparation and filter integrity testing.
- Assist with manual and/or automated filling of harvested viral vector material.
- Escalate processing and equipment issues as necessary.
- Support revisions of SOPs, Manufacturing Production Records (MPRs), and other controlled documents.
- Review in-process cGMP documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Collaborate effectively in an inclusive, cross-functional team environment.
- Be available for off-shift hours and weekends as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment.
- Strong understanding of cGMP regulations and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Enterprise Business System (EBS).
- Knowledge of aseptic techniques and cleanroom protocols.
