Job Description:

Job Overview

Diagnoses problems and performs maintenance of complex equipment; ensures specific manufacturing behaviors are in line with practice and operation standards.

Job Requirements

  • Ensure the definition and update of workstation documents and training modules related to harness assembly.

  • Perform time studies using stopwatch analysis, analyze movements, and improve workstation ergonomics.

  • Contribute to the definition of main workstation layouts and the identification of sub-elements.

  • Assist and train operators and supervisors during the start-up of new assembly processes.

  • Propose standard assembly line installations and finishing layouts following flow analysis, while promoting one-piece flow.

  • Support the launch of new projects, including capacity studies, equipment ordering, and staff training.

  • Define and review manufacturing lot sizes (EOQs).

  • Optimize and restructure existing manufacturing processes.

  • Create process documentation and work instructions in accordance with quality standards.

  • Ensure implementation of engineering changes and new products.

  • Follow up on TEOA-specific KPIs and reporting standards.

  • Monitor OEE, scrap rate, and line efficiency, and lead action plans to improve these metrics.

  • Comply with legal and site EHS policies, rules, and instructions to prevent OHS risks and reduce environmental impacts.

  • Alert management and/or the EHS team of any detected EHS anomalies.

  • Actively participate, as required, in the continuous improvement of the EHS Management System.

Education

  • Technical Diploma or Bachelor's Degree

Professional Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in relevant industrial processes and functions

  • Proven experience in an international industrial environment
