Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Qualification:
Seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support upstream, downstream, and core biologics manufacturing operations in a controlled cGMP environment. Responsibilities include solution preparation, cell culture, purification, equipment preparation, in-process sampling, and manufacturing documentation.
Execute biologics manufacturing procedures according to cGMP requirements, SOPs, and batch records.
Perform buffer and media preparation, cell culture activities from vial thaw to production scale, and in-process sampling.
Operate purification equipment, including chromatography columns and Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) systems.
Perform equipment cleaning, sterilization, and preparation using Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Steam-in-Place (SIP) procedures.
Conduct pH and conductivity measurements for process monitoring.
Operate autoclaves, glass washers, and other manufacturing equipment.
Maintain batch records, equipment logbooks, and manufacturing documentation.
Support inventory management and finished-material shipping activities.
Follow gowning, PPE, and manufacturing safety requirements.
Must be flexible to work overtime and additional days as required.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
Associate degree or equivalent certification required.
Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline highly preferred.

LIMS, SAP, Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and PI System
