Manufacturing Technician

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the production and quality assurance department supporting hands-on operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong mechanical aptitude, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Mahwah, NJ 07430

Pay Range: $25-$30/hourly 

Shift: 1st shift 

What's the Job?

• Perform quality control inspections on raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods
• Assist with material setup, production runs, and laboratory support tasks
• Label, package, and prepare finished goods for shipment; handle material movement and inventory activities
• Support documentation and record-keeping to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency

What's Needed?

• Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment preferred
• Basic understanding of laboratory practices or chemistry concepts helpful
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Associate's degree required to be considered
