Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Location: Malabar, FL
Duration: 12+ months (Temp to Perm)
Pay rate: $20/hr. –$22.00/hr. On w2 (All Inclusive)
Work Schedule: Mon-Thur, 3: 30 PM-2: 00 am. Overtime as needed.

Job Description:
  • Perform masking and demasking operations on a variety of parts, assemblies, and components in accordance with approved procedures and specifications.
  • Prepare surfaces and materials for masking application to ensure adherence to process and quality requirements.
  • Apply masking materials to designated areas to protect surfaces during manufacturing and finishing operations.
  • Remove masking materials from completed parts without causing damage to surface or finished product.
  • Inspect parts before, during, and after masking and demasking operations to verify conformance to workmanship and quality standards.
  • Read and follow work instructions, manufacturing travelers, process documentation, and drawings as required.
  • Utilize hand tools, measuring devices, and production equipment necessary to perform assigned tasks.
  • Maintain accurate production, inspection, and process records in accordance with company requirements.
  • Support production schedules and workflow demand to meet departmental and organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and manufacturing equipment preferred.
