Manufacturing Technician

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to operate production equipment and follow detailed work instructions.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to use production software and applications.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Position Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment in accordance with current process specifications, procedures, and change notifications.
• Maintain production efficiency by monitoring equipment performance, logging machine activity, and communicating issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Perform technical tasks that may include:Monitoring and responding to Statistical
• Process Control (SPC) charts
• Responding to failed tool qualifications
• Processing engineering targets, SWRs, and other tests
• Monitoring, collecting, and documenting production data
• Dispositioning lots
• Troubleshooting tool errors and assisting with equipment recovery
• Utilize computer-based programs and applications to complete daily production activities.
• Organize and maintain assigned workstations while following 6S workplace organization standards.
• Participate in required training and certification programs, demonstrating knowledge and competency to complete certification and recertification requirements.
• Receive and provide detailed shift pass-down information to ensure seamless production continuity.
• Actively seek and provide constructive feedback to leadership, coworkers, and support teams to improve performance and processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, productivity, and workplace safety.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures, promptly report hazards, and use proper lifting techniques and ergonomic practices.
• Seek clarification whenever needed to ensure work is completed accurately and safely.
