    Description

    The Manufacturing Technician will support and optimize woodworking and CNC operations across the manufacturing floor. This role combines technical expertise, equipment ownership, process improvement, and operator training to ensure efficient, high quality production.

    The ideal candidate is hands on, operationally strong, and experienced working with CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment. This position plays a key role in improving workflows, minimizing downtime, and helping standardize processes across multiple machines and production lines.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyze product specifications and define efficient production processes

    • Design and program using Cabinet Vision

    • Set up, operate, and optimize CNC machines

    • Maintain software libraries, materials, and hardware settings

    • Troubleshoot machine and software issues to minimize downtime

    • Monitor production quality and make real time adjustments

    • Support engineering, drafting, and production teams with technical expertise

    • Take ownership of key manufacturing equipment and ensure operational efficiency

    • Train operators on machine operation and best practices

    • Standardize processes across machines and workflows


    Qualifications:

    • Strong woodworking and CNC experience required

    • Proficiency in Cabinet Vision required

    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

    • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills

    • Hands on, detail oriented, and results driven mindset

    • Strong communication and training abilities

    • Experience with process improvement and production optimization preferred

    Type: Full time, on site

    Salary: $80,000–$140,000/year
