This company is revolutionizing orthodontics with AI-powered, patient-specific appliances. We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Manufacturing Technician to join our overnight production team and help manufacture high-quality custom orthodontic products.
Responsibilities
Operate and monitor equipment used to manufacture orthodontic appliances
Assemble and inspect products with precision and attention to detail
Troubleshoot production or equipment issues
Support process improvements and quality-control procedures
Maintain accurate production logs
Perform routine equipment cleaning and maintenance
Prepare production for the following shift
Assist with training new team members as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Manufacturing, production, laboratory, or technical experience preferred
Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently during overnight hours
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to follow detailed procedures and quality standards
Preferred Skills
Technical or engineering education
Engineering degree
CAD experience, including SolidWorks or AutoCAD
Experience with medical, dental, or custom-device manufacturing
