Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Job Description
The Manufacturing Technician operates production equipment and performs hands-on manufacturing and assembly of clinical and commercial medical products. The role follows detailed blueprints, guidelines, and diagrams to ensure all products meet strict specifications and tolerance levels. The technician maintains accurate production records, documents activities in batch records and forms, and promptly reports any inconsistencies or equipment issues in line with standard procedures. This position may involve working with chemicals and requires strong attention to detail, careful handling of small parts, and adherence to safety and quality standards in a regulated medical device environment.

Work Environment
This role is based in a small, start-up manufacturing environment with strong employee relationships and a close-knit, family-like culture. The work involves operating production equipment, assembling medical devices, and handling very small parts and chemical solutions in a controlled setting. The environment emphasizes Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety procedures, and cleanliness, including regular cleaning and sterilization of components, production areas, and equipment. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
