1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Production Line Ready

• Associate degree in engineering (ASEE) or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or technical environment
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)
• Experience with mechanical systems, tools, and machine shop equipment
• Knowledge of 3D printing technologies preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with electronics and firmware is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform hands-on technical work
• Frequent lifting up to 25 lbs; occasional lifting up to 70 lbs
• Ability to work with tools, machinery, and detailed components

Your Day at the Plant

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electro-mechanical systems and 3D printers
• Assemble/disassemble components and perform preventive maintenance
• Design and build fixtures, jigs, and prototypes using CAD and 3D printing
• Develop and document assembly, test, and operating procedures
• Support cross-functional projects to resolve technical issues
• Perform root cause analysis on non-conforming materials and returned products
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and design updates
• Assist with parts handling, inventory tracking, and shipping as needed
