    Manufacturing Technician

    Position Overview

    We are currently seeking dependable and motivated Manufacturing Technicians to join a growing manufacturing organization supporting a newly expanded production division.     Key Responsibilities

    As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for supporting a variety of manufacturing, production, and surface processing operations. Daily responsibilities may include:

    • Perform manufacturing operations while following established quality and safety standards.
    • Assist with specialized surface treatment and coating processes.
    • Operate production equipment and manufacturing machinery after completing training.
    • Conduct mechanical inspections of components to verify quality and identify defects.
    • Perform basic mechanical repairs and assist with welding-related production activities as needed.
    • Prepare and package components within clean room environments while maintaining cleanliness and contamination control standards.
    • Clean precision parts using ultrasonic cleaning systems and approved manufacturing procedures.
    • Operate bead blasting equipment to prepare and texture component surfaces.
    • Read and follow detailed work instructions, manufacturing specifications, and standard operating procedures.
    • Perform routine equipment setup, maintenance, and housekeeping of assigned work areas.
    • Accurately complete production documentation and quality records.
    • Work collaboratively with production, quality, and engineering teams to meet daily production goals.
    • Maintain compliance with all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and quality standards.
    • Assist with additional manufacturing tasks as business needs evolve within the growing division.

    Qualifications

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, fabrication, or industrial experience preferred.
    • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to safely operate tools and equipment.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is a plus.
    • Welding, fabrication, machining, or surface finishing experience is beneficial but not required.
    • Experience following detailed work instructions and quality procedures.

    • Ability to perform repetitive tasks using hand tools and manufacturing equipment.
    • Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment while utilizing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
