FieldBridge Energy seeks a Rosharon, TX-based Manufacturing Technician to work for the world’s largest oilfield service company.

Pay / Schedule: $20-$22/hr, plus a $2/hr shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Mon-Fri, rotating shifts (7:30am-4:00pm, 3:30pm-midnight, 11:30pm-8:00am). 100% Onsite. Great opportunity for OT pay. At 55 hrs per week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $1,500 gross ($24/hr including shift differential: 40 hrs straight time plus 15 hrs OT at 1.5x). Weekly pay + benefits.

Position Overview:
This role supports shaped charge manufacturing in a semi-automated facility. You will install mechanical tooling, run production bays through HMIs, and package charges while following job packets, work orders, and quality travelers.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Operate Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) to run production bays.
• Install mechanical tooling with hand tools such as Allen and torque wrenches.
• Operate hydraulic presses, robots, and conveyors in a fast-paced, semi-automated environment.
• Package shaped charges while following routings, bills of material, and quality travelers.
• Maintain productivity and safety standards in a hazardous materials environment, using full PPE.

Requirements:

• Comfort with HMIs or touchscreen systems
• Mechanical aptitude with basic hand tools
• Experience in fast-paced environments
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Comfortable working around hazardous materials (full PPE and training provided)
