A Snapshot of Your Day
Will be removing ceramic material over metal pieces andmolds according to production specifications to produce parts of exceptionalquality. This manufacturing process is performed using a 3 lbs. hammer and anair hammer with a chisel occasionally. This will be in the Gibsonton Floridalocation.
How You’ll Make anImpact
- Will be verifying that physical parts serial numbers match with the serial numbers on the router and performing the operation according to engineering specifications and quality standards.
- Moving processed parts to the next area, setting up tools, inspecting lifting devices and moving heavy parts when needed.
- Maintaining the flow and quality of parts produced continuously performing improvement analysis.
- Performing basic or specifically defined maintenance operations; cooperating with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers in repair issues and using hand tools, including wrenches, allen wrenches, and screw drivers.
- Other duties may be assigned and cross training as needed.
What You Bring
- High school graduate or GED.
- Previous experience on Knockout or manufacturing will be a plus.
- Able to stand during working hours for long periods of time and read Engineering instructions.
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
- This position will require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security, and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position. The candidate must be able to work with export-controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.
