What you’ll do
• Product Assembly: Build rubber products including hoses, elbows, and expansion joints by following build sheets, drawings, and production specifications.
• Daily Operations: Work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, and moving materials throughout the shift.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and quality standards to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals and maintain a supportive work environment.
• Training & Development: Participate in on-the-job training, shadow experienced employees, and progressively take on independent work within two to three weeks.
• Travel Requirements: Minimal to no travel required; role is 100% onsite at the Candler, FL facility.
• Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

What you’ll bring

Must-haves:
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a positive, willing-to-learn attitude.
• Physical capability to stand, bend, lift, push, and pull for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read and interpret build sheets, drawings, and work instructions.

Nice-to-haves:
• Previous manufacturing, finishing, or quality experience.
• Willingness to cross-train on other product lines within the facility.
• Basic troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve minor production issues.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment.
