Job Summary
We are seeking Manufacturing Technicians to join a growing pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing team in St. Louis, MO . In this role, you will support critical manufacturing operations within a cleanroom cGMP environment , ensuring strict adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
Execute manufacturing batch records, SOPs, and work instructions with minimal supervision
Accurately weigh, transfer, and mix chemicals according to procedures
Document manufacturing activities to meet cGMP compliance requirements
Follow all safety policies and PPE protocols
Perform preventative maintenance and complete work notifications on time
Conduct equipment testing and basic troubleshooting
Draft, review, and revise SOPs and manufacturing documentation as needed
Perform in‑process analytical testing when required
Manage raw materials inventory using systems such as Kanban
Maintain accurate training and compliance records
Participate in safety inspections, continuous improvement initiatives, and lean activities
Support shift handovers and attend required meetings
Required Qualifications
Education
Experience & Skills
Manufacturing or production experience in a GMP/cGMP regulated environment
Cleanroom experience
Strong understanding of GMP compliance and aseptic techniques
Solid math skills (decimals, unit conversions, rounding)
Ability to follow detailed procedures with high attention to accuracy
Technician Levels
Technician I: Approximately 1 year of cGMP experience or an Associate's Degree
Technician II: 1–3 years of cGMP experience or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Experience in regulated GMP manufacturing environments is required.

Primary work location: CORE Cleanroom
Mandatory gowning procedures required
Appearance restrictions include: no beards, fake eyelashes, nails, or nail polish
Moderate to high noise levels (headphones not permitted)
Strong emphasis on safety, compliance, and quality

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kinloch, MO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $27.03/hr.
