Company is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire a Manufacturing Technician to support the assembly, diagnostics, and testing of autonomous vehicles and related subassemblies. In this role, you'll contribute to the build and bring-up of pre-production vehicles, supporting diagnostics, testing, and troubleshooting activities across electrical and mechanical systems. Your hands-on feedback from build and validation activities will directly support engineering teams in refining vehicle systems and advancing production readiness. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, hands-on technician with strong troubleshooting skills and experience working in fast-paced manufacturing or prototype environments.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 4 to 6 yrs. experience working as a technician in an manufacturing environment Experience with basic hand and power tools Experience with diagnostic tools Strong analytical and problem solving skills Read electrical schematics Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables Automotive/OEM experience is a plus (specifically in EOL/diagnostics/repair)
Daily tasks:
As a company manufacturing technician, you will be part of a team responsible for the assembly and testing of our L5 ground up vehicles. You will support both the build, diagnostics and testing of our vehicle pre-production vehicles and subassemblies. Being comfortable with mechanical and electrical systems are a must. There will be regular use of hand, power and diagnostics tools. The role also supports bring-up activities of the vehicles which require use of your debug and diagnostic skills of electrical circuits. Your feedback from the build and bring-up activities will go directly to our engineers to help create and refine key systems and move company forward into start of production.
