Job Overview:
Pay Range: $18.00hr - $23.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience or Associate's Degree in Electronics.
- Associate degree in Electronics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Electronics Theory.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings at a basic level.
- Basic level of troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Proficiency in the use of Power Supplies (Low/High Voltage up to 1000V).
- Proficiency with Oscilloscopes, Digital Multimeters, Frequency Generators, and Variable Resistive Loads.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Proficiency with Windows 11, Windows 10, XP, and Windows 2000.
- Basic level ability to run and understand software scripts.
- Experience with SAP and general computer skills.
- Ability to work weekends as needed.
- Availability to work 2nd shift (02:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.).
Responsibilities:
- Perform technical duties in functional areas including electronic, mechanical, or systems.
- Complete tests, measurements, operations, and process controls.
- Perform technical duties on functional work group projects.
- Employ test techniques and procedures for key cell projects.
- Use job packets, routings, work orders, wire lists, quality travelers, and bills of material.
- Maintain production tools and equipment.
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose product, process, or program defects and repair them.
- Read blueprints and identify components.
- Perform wire preparation, stripping, and crimping.
- Perform harness repair and termination.
- Use pertinent manual hand tools.
- Maintain skills in electronics, hydraulics, and mechanical assemblies, automated machine operation, and programming.
- Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.
- Follow written technical procedures.
