Job Code: 82140309 The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for performing technical duties in one of the functional areas: electronic, mechanical or systems. The Manufacturing Technician complete tests, measurements, operations and process controls. * Perform technical duties on functional work group projects. * Employ test techniques and procedures for key cell projects. * Use job packets, routings, work orders, wire lists, quality travelers and bills of material. * Maintain production tools and equipment. * Perform troubleshooting to diagnose product, process or program defects and repair them. * Ensure ability to: read blueprints; identify components; perform wire preparation, stripping and crimping; perform harness repair and termination; use pertinent manual hand tools. Maintain skills in electronics, hydraulics and mechanical assemblies, automated machine operation and programming. * Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.
Manufacturing Technician
1. Minimum Years of experience: 2yrs experience or Associate's Degree in Electronics
2. Education Background: Associate degree in Electronics

5. Key Skills
-Ability to follow written technical procedures
-Basic understanding of Electronics Theory
-Ability to read schematics/Technical Drawings (basic level)
-Basic level of trouble-shooting/Problem Solving
-Fluent in the use of: Power Supplies Low/High Voltage up to 1000V
-Oscilloscopes, Digital Multimeters, Frequency Generators, Variable Resistive Loads
- Fluent in MS_WORD and EXCEL
-Fluent in the use of WIN11, WIN10, XP and WIN2000
-Basic level ability to run and understand software scripts
-SAP and computer skills
