Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Location: Sugar Land TX
Duration: 06+ Months
Pay rate: $18.00/hr - $20.00 /hr on W2 without benefits
Shift: M-F, 08:00 - 04:00 p.m.

Summary:
The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for performing technical duties in one of the functional areas: electronic, mechanical or systems. The Manufacturing Technician complete tests, measurements, operations and process controls. * Perform technical duties on functional work group projects. * Employ test techniques and procedures for key cell projects. * Use job packets, routings, work orders, wire lists, quality travelers and bills of material. * Maintain production tools and equipment. * Perform troubleshooting to diagnose product, process or program defects and repair them. * Ensure ability to: read blueprints; identify components; perform wire preparation, stripping and crimping; perform harness repair and termination; use pertinent manual hand tools. Maintain skills in electronics, hydraulics and mechanical assemblies, automated machine operation and programming. * Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement

• Minimum Years of experience: 2yrs experience or Associate's Degree in Electronics

Key Skills

• Ability to follow written technical procedures
• Basic understanding of Electronics Theory
• Ability to read schematics/Technical Drawings (basic level)
• Basic level of trouble-shooting/Problem Solving
• Fluent in the use of: Power Supplies Low/High Voltage up to 1000V
• Oscilloscopes, Digital Multimeters, Frequency Generators, Variable Resistive Loads
• Fluent in MS_WORD and EXCEL
• Fluent in the use of WIN11, WIN10, XP and WIN2000
• Basic level ability to run and understand software scripts
• SAP and computer skills
• must be able to manually lift up to 40-pound chamber
