Pay range:  $22.00 - $24.00 Hourly 
Onsite Job

Component Assembly: Assemble components using UV cured epoxy for optical manufacturing.
Work Order Processing: Responsible for processing work orders related to optical component production.
Safety Compliance: Follow Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements to ensure a safe working environment.
Quality Standards: Adhere to ISO9000 requirements, including ESD protocols, work area cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and following work instructions.
Team Participation: Attend daily stand-up meetings to communicate progress and challenges with the team.
Process Improvement: Participate in improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, 5S, and Practical Process Improvement.
Workplace Safety: Maintain a safe and organized work environment by following established 5S procedures.

Experience Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: Must have experience working with small parts under microscope using tweezers and other small tools.
Attention to Detail: Must possess a strong attention to detail to ensure quality assembly.
Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge is essential for processing work orders and documentation.
