This is a skilled trade role, and we' re willing to train someone who has the right foundation. If you' re mechanical, detail-oriented, and take pride in keeping things running, this is an opportunity to grow into a higher-level production role with a stable, long-standing company.
What you' ll be doing
Operating and monitoring high-speed production machinery during a 12-hour shift
Adjusting and calibrating machine settings when changing between job specs
Troubleshooting malfunctions and making corrections to minimize downtime
Inspecting finished product throughout the job and correcting quality issues in real time
Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs as directed
Communicating equipment and job status clearly at every shift change
You might be a great fit if you
Have a mechanical background or strong mechanical aptitude — you can figure out how things work
Have experience with machine operation, setup, or troubleshooting in any industry
Catch quality issues early and take ownership of fixing them
Can work independently through a long shift with minimal supervision
Are physically able to stand most of the shift and lift up to 75 lbs
Come from manufacturing, skilled trades, or a hands-on technical role — exact experience not required
This is a trainee role — full training is provided. We' re looking for mechanical aptitude and drive, not a perfect resume.
