Job Description
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree is helpful but not required with relevant industry experience
- Microsoft Word, Excel for data entry
- Must have previous experience with semiconductor equipment or wafer technology
- Strong understanding of electromechanical systems, especially complex tooling
- Ability to troubleshoot and calibrate equipment
- Understanding of front-end and back-end processes is helpful
- Must be able to work in a cleanroom environment in a fully bunny suit
Responsibilities:
- Set up tool and execute deposition process for wafer technology - such as 150, 200, and 300mm wafers
- Troubleshoot equipment issues or any process errors
- Document measurements and relevant test data
- Follow all company policies and procedures relating to quality management standards, such as ISO
- Meticulous and precise manual dexterity handling wafers
- Perform necessary calculations and input precise data
