Role Description The Manufacturing Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in West Henrietta, NY. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment, following established manufacturing processes, and maintaining clean and organized work areas in accordance with safety and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include assembling and fabricating components, performing routine inspections, documenting production data, and assisting with equipment setup and changeovers. The Manufacturing Technician collaborates with team members and supervisors to identify and resolve issues, support continuous improvement efforts, and ensure that products meet customer and regulatory requirements. This position may involve working with precision tools, measuring devices, and adhering to clean room or controlled environment procedures as required by specific projects.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, including basic understanding of production workflows, equipment operation, and standard work instructions.

• Troubleshooting abilities to identify, diagnose, and help resolve equipment, process, or product issues in collaboration with maintenance and engineering teams.

• Ability to read technical drawings or work instructions and use hand tools, gauges, and basic measuring equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in manufacturing, machining, or related fields is a plus.
