Job Description
- Troubleshoot manufacturing products using observations and data to support root cause analysis
- Perform hardware inspections and identify/document quality issues
- Assemble first article builds, test fixtures, racks, and wiring assemblies
- Read and follow technical documentation, work instructions, and process procedures
- Provide feedback to engineering teams regarding tooling, processes, and test setups
- Maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Support process improvement initiatives including defect reduction and workplace organization efforts
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established safety and quality standards
- Assist with training and knowledge sharing among team members
