Operate and monitor advanced manufacturing equipment/machinery
Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery to keep production running strong
Work with precision components through multiple stages of manufacturing
Maintain quality standards and minimize scrap
Be a key player on a team that values safety, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement
Experience as a machinist, mechanic, or manufacturing technician
Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment
Ability to troubleshoot, make adjustments, and think on your feet
Pride in quality work and attention to detail

1st Shift: M-F, 5:00am - 1:15pm or 6:00am - 2:15pm + OT as needed
Multiple shifts available with premium shift differentials (20% on 2nd shift & weekend days / 30% on 3rd shift & weekend overnights)
