Quanex is looking for a Manufacturing Trainer to join our team located in Rice Lake, WI.
The hours for this position are 6am-2:30pm.

What Success Looks Like:
- Train new employees on window screen manufacturing, measurement techniques, and production documentation
- Provide ongoing training to ensure employees can perform department-specific tasks effectively
- Maintain employee training records and job certifications
- Set up and manage training materials, facilities, and documentation
- Develop training packets for all departments
- Partner with supervisors and quality teams to identify needs and resolve training-related issues
- Support new training programs and work across departments, including overtime as needed
What You Bring:
- 1 - 3 years of experience in manufacturing, department operations, and manufacturing software
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with employees, supervisors, and managers
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office
The target hourly wage for this position is $21.50/hr.
