Manufacturing Trainer

Quanex is looking for a Manufacturing Trainer to join our team located in Rice Lake, WI.

The hours for this position are 6am-2:30pm.

What Success Looks Like:

• Train new employees on window screen manufacturing, measurement techniques, and production documentation
• Provide ongoing training to ensure employees can perform department-specific tasks effectively
• Maintain employee training records and job certifications
• Set up and manage training materials, facilities, and documentation
• Develop training packets for all departments
• Partner with supervisors and quality teams to identify needs and resolve training-related issues
• Support new training programs and work across departments, including overtime as needed

What You Bring:

• 1 - 3 years of experience in manufacturing, department operations, and manufacturing software
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with employees, supervisors, and managers
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office

The target hourly wage for this position is $21.50/hr.
