We are seeking a highly experienced professional for a transformation role in a manufacturing setting. This position requires a strong background in leadership, production, or supervisory roles within FDA-regulated pharmaceutical environments.
Role Descriptions
8 years of leadership, production, or supervisory experience in FDA-regulated pharmaceutical environments.
Prior experience leading complex digital and automation programs in manufacturing, including MES, robotics, and advanced analytics.
Experience working cross-functionally with global teams and external technology partners on large transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with continuous improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) applied in digitally enabled manufacturing environments.
Experience developing or deploying digital learning platforms and capability-building programs for operations teams.
