Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Manufacturing Utility Worker to support multiple production departments within a manufacturing facility. This hands-on position is responsible for learning various production functions, providing coverage where needed, and assisting with daily operations to ensure production goals are achieved. The ideal candidate is adaptable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and work across multiple production departments
• Provide backup support for various production and manufacturing positions
• Assist with maintaining production schedules and meeting output goals
• Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to manufacturing standards
• Identify and report production issues to supervisors
• Support workflow and communication between departments
• Perform general labor, material handling, and production support tasks
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist supervisors and management with operational needs as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred
• Ability to learn multiple job functions and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong work ethic, attendance, and reliability
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Basic mechanical aptitude preferred
