We are seeking a Manufacturing Validation Engineer to support a large-scale digital transformation initiative focused on modernizing manufacturing and quality operations. The role will support the implementation and validation of new inspection and measurement technologies, automated test methods, digital data collection systems, and paperless manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Execute equipment qualification and validation for new inspection and measurement systems.
Develop and execute validation protocols, test plans, and supporting documentation.
Perform Test Method Validation (TMV) for manual and automated test methods.
Support software validation for digital inspection and data collection systems.
Support automated inspection, vision, and digital measurement technologies, including digital shadow graph systems.
Assist with deployment and replacement of measurement gages across the manufacturing site.
Support paperless processes, digital data collection, equipment modernization, and inspection automation initiatives.
Coordinate validation schedules, project deliverables, risks, and implementation timelines.
Partner with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Digital Transformation, and global project teams.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Life Sciences, or a related technical discipline.
Experience with equipment validation, process validation, software validation, and/or Test Method Validation.
Experience developing and executing validation protocols and lifecycle documentation.
Experience within manufacturing, quality, or another regulated environment.
Strong project coordination and stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Automated inspection systems, vision systems, or digital measurement technology experience.
Test Method Validation and measurement system implementation experience.
Gage/Gauge validation, Gage R&R, MSA, or related measurement system experience.
Software Validation or Computer System Validation (CSV) experience.
Digital transformation, paperless manufacturing, or digital data collection experience.
Medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated manufacturing experience.
Experience supporting global or multi-site projects.
