Manufacturing Warehouse Data Handler/Entry Consultant # 26-14391

Duration: 12 months contract
Job Description:

• We are looking for a manufacturing warehouse data handling/data entry professional to support data entry and material-related activities in a manufacturing or industrial warehouse environment. The role is a good fit for someone who has worked in a manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, high-tech, medical device, or similar structured warehouse and is comfortable working with SAP, ERP, WMS, or other inventory/data management systems.
  
  Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry and material/inventory updates using SAP, ERP, WMS, or similar systems.
• Maintain and update records related to materials, inventory, shipments, receipts, and warehouse transactions.
• Work with warehouse, manufacturing, shipping/receiving, and other internal teams to resolve data or material discrepancies.
• Support shipping and receiving documentation and related system transactions.
• Verify material information and ensure system records match physical warehouse activity.
• Follow established warehouse, documentation, and data accuracy procedures.
• 
  Workload: The position can involve significant overtime, including extended weekdays and occasional weekends, based on business needs. Candidates should be flexible with the schedule.
  
  Skillsets:
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial warehouse operations, preferably in semiconductor, electronics, medical device, aerospace, automotive, or other high-tech environments.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, ERP, WMS, or similar warehouse/inventory systems.
• Strong data entry and record-keeping skills with good attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with both computer-based data systems and physical warehouse/material activities.
• Experience handling inventory, material movements, shipping/receiving, or production-related transactions is preferred
• Experience with inventory control and cycle counting.
• 
  Education:
• Technical degree or equivalent practical experience.
