| Job Description: | - TEMP TO HIRE - DURATION - 6 MONTHS - SHIFT - MON-FRI 10PM - 6:30AM. Support production of packaged goods according to Standard Operating Procedures and specified quality standards. Carries out specific instructions from Production Manager/Supervisor in accordance with the daily packaging schedule. TEAMWORK RESPONSIBILITIES Must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within field. Relies on instructions, pre-established guidelines, experience and judgment to perform the functions of the job and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks autonomously and with proficiency; Works under general supervision. " EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree, (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. " MATH ABILITY: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. " REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. WORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
