We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Worker to support daily production operations. This role involves assembling products, handling materials, and ensuring quality standards while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Load and unload raw materials and finished products within the facility
Assemble parts and components on production lines
Prepare finished items for shipment
Inspect products to ensure quality standards and proper fit
Package and stage completed ductwork for delivery
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to lift materials and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-focused mindset
