A leading manufacturing company in Norwalk, CT is seeking Manufacturing Technicians to join its production team. This is a hands-on position responsible for assembling, integrating, testing, and qualifying complex electromechanical products in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. Multiple shifts available! 

Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and test precision electromechanical components and systems.
  • Follow detailed work instructions, specifications, and production procedures.
  • Perform quality inspections using precision measuring tools.
  • Record production data accurately in ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
  • Troubleshoot minor assembly issues and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety protocols.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous manufacturing or electromechanical assembly experience preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Experience using hand tools and precision measuring equipment.
  • Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office required, SAP and LabVIEW are a plus.
  • Ability to read and follow technical documentation.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Work Environment:
  • Cleanroom environment requiring full PPE throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and perform standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive tasks.
  • Must be comfortable working around manufacturing equipment, chemicals, ladders, and material handling equipment.
