Margarine Room Operator - 2nd shift

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow and comply with applicable good manufacturing, safety, and quality assurance practices.
• Verify quality control items for the many different orders that are produced, (ex. weights, codes, packaging material).
• Understand and ensure proper cooling for product as necessary.
• Able to C.I.P. all equipment assigned with margarine systems.
• Maintain proper documentation in all record keeping formats.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the products manufactured and the processes involved.
• Supervise general laborers effectively to meet daily demands.
• Assist with general cleaning and housekeeping throughout the plant as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
