Job Summary

This position is responsible for ensuring customers are served in an efficient and courteous manner while keeping up with the daily tasks of the Marina store.

Marina Maintenance Duties and Responsibilities

• Always maintain a polite and courteous attitude with all members, guests and co-workers.
• Operate the retail store.
• Answer phones and take messages in a polite and friendly tone.
• Operate the cash register and other office equipment.
• Report to work on time and in uniform for scheduled hours.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Keep the Marina Store in a clean, neat and orderly manner at all times.
• Some heavy lifting and outside work may be required.
• Must be able to climb stairs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills and qualifications

• Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate verbally
• Great customer service skills including listening carefully and exercising patience.

Physical Requirements

• This position requires complete mobility. Must be able to stand, sit and/or walk a minimum of 8 hours daily and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
