Their mission centers on ensuring the safety, performance, and longevity of complex marine systems, serving a clientele that expects nothing short of excellence. This is an opportunity to join a growing team operating at the top tier of maritime service, where quality workmanship directly impacts vessel readiness and crew safety.
In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing electrical systems across a variety of luxury yachts and marine platforms. Day-to-day work includes diagnosing faults in power distribution, generators, motors, and control systems, as well as installing and upgrading wiring and onboard electrical equipment. The position operates on a steady Monday-Friday day shift, offering a predictable schedule with occasional variety through up to 15% travel, including national and international assignments. Work is primarily hands-on in shipyard, dockside, or onboard vessel environments, using diagnostic tools, electrical testing equipment, and standard digital systems such as Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation. Overtime opportunities, travel pay, and per diem are provided when applicable.
