You answer their call or email, confirm the right part, share product guidance, enter the order flawlessly, and make sure they know exactly what to expect next. That’s the heartbeat of this role.
Your mission
- Guide customers through parts selection and purchasing for marine electronics, with emphasis on trolling motors.
- Handle inbound communications only—no outbound cold calling.
- Provide concise technical advice and accurate product information.
- Process orders with precision and document all call details in the system.
- Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional service that builds loyalty.
- Contribute to team goals and departmental objectives.
Work style and environment

- Role success hinges on excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Schedule, flexibility, and compensation
- Day shift, Monday–Friday.
- Flexible working hours within 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
- Optional Saturday overtime or extended hours during peak periods.
- $20.00/hour.
- Full-time, long-term, contract-to-hire opportunity.
